Injection Molding We process a full range of engineered resins, from high temperature glass or carbon filled Ultems to off the shelf Polyethylene’s. Our 27,000 sq. ft. operation includes 15 molding presses, ranging from 40-310 tons, one press mounted robot, two central drying systems and various auxiliary equipment.
We also have a full blown Secondary department when additional operations such as, drilling, tapping or inserting is required for the more complex parts. Another important feature of this operation is our in-house Tooling/Manufacturing facility, which cuts downtime for mold cleaning and any necessary engineering changes or repairs. It also offers the added efficiency and convenience of having your molds manufactured on site.
